CREEPY CLOWNS 2016
Howie Noel is the creator of the comic series TARA NORMAL. He’s involved with real life ghost hunting and spooky things. Before we get into where Tara is, let’s talk about the clown situation.
This creepy clown uprising was also seen back in 2014. There were sightings in California, New Mexico, Indiana, and other US locations. Back then, it seemed to be the viral marketing of CLOWN, a film produced by Eli Roth.
Once something that’s already a disguise becomes a meme, how many criminals will pick up on it as a forensics countermeasure? Are there innocent clowns hired to promote a new movie mixed in with real dangerous people?

GHOST TOURS & INVESTIGATIONS
Howie recaps on of his recent adventures to Eastern Pen, probably the most haunted location of the east coast.
Ghosttoursofnewhope.com – June through the third weekend of November; during Sept and Oct they meet Fri and Saturday nights and have one on Oct 31st. 8pm and only $10/person. It is a LOT of walking so keep that in mind.
PA has several big towns and cities that have ghost tours of their own. Philly of course, Gettysburg, Lancaster, and Strasburg.
There are several in NJ but mostly down south like Ocean City.
ENTRANCES TO THE UNDERWORLD
According to the article on AtlasObscura, there are at least 11 locations to enter the Underworld. Spots have been identified in Iceland, China, Turkey, Italy, and some right here in the US.
The Seven Gates of Hell in Hellam Township, PA which is actually the town of York. The legend has something to do with escaped asylum patients that are caught by a series of seven gates and fences. They were caught and beaten by guards. The asylum was burned down at some point.
The Gates of Guinee in NOLA -Â Believers of Voodoo/Vodou in New Orleans say Guinee is either a real place or a spiritual place. One must enter the gates in a specific order and present the loa at each one with a gift.
