Mathers took a photo of woman in a locker room without permission and then distributed it. Despite her apology (she’s sorry for body shaming not for violating a woman) and being fired, there weren’t any charges filed because the victim wasn’t identified.

According to today’s news which seems to originate from TMZ, the woman is not only identified now, but also cooperating with police and wants Mathers charged. It would still be a misdemeanor but there’s possible jail time for disseminating the photo. Mathers’ attorney is still referring to this as a “rumor.”

I have to wonder how much Dani Mathers hates her own body and image. What compelled her to take a photo of anyone else to ridicule in such a private setting? And an old woman! If the reports are accurate, her victim was a 70-year-old woman at the gym doing something to bring her own life some health and wellness.

Your youth doesn’t last, Ms. Mathers, and since that external beauty is all you have to offer, expect the spotlight and adoration of fans to move off you real soon.
